1. Information we collect
Account information (email, organization name, entity type, state, NAICS codes, certifications), usage data (pages viewed, links clicked, digest opens), billing information (processed by Stripe; we store only last-four and expiration).
2. How we use information
To match your organization against grant opportunities, to deliver your weekly digest, to operate and improve the Services, to process payments, and to communicate with you about the account. We do not sell or share personal data with advertisers.
3. Third-party services
Stripe (payments), SendGrid (email delivery), Amazon Web Services (hosting), Google Analytics 4 (aggregate usage analytics). Each processes data under its own privacy terms and contracted Data Processing Addendums where applicable.
4. Cookies
We use essential cookies for authentication and session state, and aggregate analytics cookies from Google Analytics 4. No third-party advertising cookies.
5. User rights (CCPA and GDPR)
California and EU residents have the right to request access to their personal data, correction of inaccurate data, deletion of their account and associated data, and data portability. Email hello@grantregister.com to exercise any of these rights.
6. Data retention
We retain account data for the life of the subscription plus 12 months after cancellation for billing and tax records. You may request earlier deletion at any time.
