1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using grantregister.com or app.grantregister.com (the “Services”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
2. Service description
GrantRegister aggregates publicly available grant opportunity data and matches those opportunities to subscriber profiles using deterministic rules. Matching is informational; it does not guarantee eligibility or award.
3. Subscription and billing
Paid subscriptions renew monthly. You may cancel at any time. Trials run 14 days and do not require a credit card. Refunds are handled case-by-case at our discretion.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to resell, scrape, or redistribute GrantRegister content without written permission. Automated programmatic access is limited to endpoints published with that intent.
5. Disclaimers
Services are provided “as is” without warranty of fitness for a particular purpose. Grant eligibility and award decisions are made solely by the funding agency. GrantRegister is not liable for missed deadlines, unsuccessful applications, or data inaccuracies in source systems.
6. Limitation of liability
GrantRegister, LLC’s aggregate liability for any claim arising from the Services is limited to fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or prolonged non-payment. You may terminate your account at any time from account settings.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Denver County, Colorado.
